Vehicle Immobilisation

We specialise in private car park management. Whether it is one space or 100 spaces, we have the expertise to deal with your problem. We have mobile vehicle immobilisation teams who patrol sites putting a stop to illegal parking.

We can protect your property through the use of clamps. All Clamps used by a Hexagon Parking Control Operative have been tested and are Home Office approved. As of May 3rd 2005 applying a wheel clamp on private land or allowing any person without a licence to do so is a criminal offence. The penalties are very severe with, five years imprisonment on indictment, and a £5000 fine, which applies to landowners and managing agents.

All our sites have large warning notices prominently displayed all around the site; any motorist who parks a vehicle in defiance of that notice will be deemed to have consented to the clamping of his/her vehicle and its subsequent detention until a release fee is paid. Our maintenance team monitors and maintains the signs regularly. Once we receive a request for de-clamping, we will try to minimise the inconvenience to the offender by getting a patrol vehicle to the site as soon as possible.

When an offender has had their vehicle immobilised, they often become angry and irritable. We ensure that our operatives are trained to the highest standard, and are S.I.A (Security Industry Authority) approved to deal with all situations politely, diplomatically and fairly. Hexagon Parking Control takes full responsibility for parking control on your property; and, as our client, you are completely exempt from any proceedings related to the clamping.

PCNs

The use of Parking Charge Notices (PCN) provides an accepted, less demonstrative, means of deterrent and parking enforcement, avoiding the sometimes traumatic and confrontational experience of wheel clamping.

Our Central Ticket Office obtains vehicle keeper information from the DVLA and adheres to the DVLA's Voluntary Code of Practice on the release and use of information to enforce parking restrictions on private property.

Carpark Management

Hexagon Parking Control Limited provides innovative parking management and security solutions at any potential car parking sites. We can take over management of existing busy car parks, or we can generate a source of revenue on properties that have been dormant for a long time.

Our car parks can have controlled entry or open access. Your contract with Hexagon would be on the basis of a combination of management fees and parking revenues, negotiated individually for each site.

Abandoned Vehicle Removal

Hexagon Parking Control can offer a car removal service if a vehicle is causing an obstruction or abandoned.
